THE first phase of the new World Duty Free at Glasgow International Airport has been completed by Pacific Building and is now open for business.
It boasts high-end fixtures and fittings that complement the presence of some of the globe’s biggest lifestyle brands that vie for the attention of shoppers.
Tom Ford, Clarins, Hugo Boss, Gucci, L’Oreal, Yves St Laurent, Cointreau , Lacoste, Dolce & Gabbana and Estée Lauder are just some of the names that catch the eyes of the millions of departing passengers who pass through the upmarket retail section every year
Yet again, Pacific have demonstrated their ability to work with one of the UK’s biggest clients – in a security-sensitive environment and to the highest standards.
These pictures are a testament to one of the hallmarks of Pacific’s approach to every project they undertake – namely attention to detail and a desire to deliver the best possible outcome for the client, not to mention an impressive experience for members of the public.
The World Duty Free makeover is part of a larger, multi-million-pound upgrade at the airport in advance of the Commonwealth Games 2014 and the Ryder Cup. Further phases of the WDF makeover are scheduled for completion soon.
