PACIFIC today (March 22, 2021) commenced work on an all-new McDonald’s Restaurant in Toryglen, Glasgow.
The two-storey structure will be located within the car park of the existing Asda supermarket and will feature the very latest technology and features specified by the fast-food giants.
Anticipated completion is early summer this year, and the contract involves an extensive groundworks and civils package, together with the installation of a modular restaurant.
Pacific have been working with McDonald’s for more than 15 years and have delivered several new-build and refurbishment projects for them.
The finished restaurant will be similar in size and style to the 170-seat diner completed by Pacific in Port Glasgow towards the end of 2018 (pictured).
It features an interactive play area for children, as well as table service, self-service kiosks with contactless payments, touch screens and double drive-thru lanes.
The new restaurant in Toryglen is expected to create 65 much-needed new jobs in the area.
