THE first Victoria’s Secret store in Scotland has opened at Glasgow International Airport – and Pacific Building are proud to have played a key role in its creation.
The company fitted out the 70 square metre boutique for the famous American lingerie, beauty and fragrance brand, delivering it ahead of deadline and on budget.
Dark wood features, mood lighting and other eye-catching fixtures and fittings of the highest quality have been used to showcase the full range of Victoria’s Secret products.
The store also boasts a gallery of black and white images and a video wall that broadcasts footage of the Victoria’s Secret Angels.
Shoppers will find fragrances such as the recently launched Love Me, Victoria’s Secret Bombshell and VS Fantasies at the store.
Travel-ready items such as signature lip glosses and body-care products are also on sale.
It is situated in the departure lounge and forms part of Glasgow Airport’s shopping and dining rejuvenation project for summer 2015.
It will be the first branch of the designer American chain in Scotland and joins 10 others across the UK including Manchester’s Trafford Centre and Birmingham’s Bullring.
Francois Bourienne, Commercial Director at Glasgow Airport, said: “We are excited to welcome Victoria’s Secret to Glasgow Airport as the beauty and accessories concept has been widely successful throughout the world. We’re looking forward to being able to help introduce it to Glaswegians and visitors alike.”
The client company went out of their way to acknowledge the “hard work involved in getting the Victoria’s Secret store complete ahead of programme”.
