The Tickled Trout

1st October 2014

THE Tickled Trout is one of those “must-visit” country hostelries where good food, a traditional fireplace and fine ales are to be found.

Visitors trust the staff at the historic inn near Bearsden, on the outskirts of Glasgow, to get their favourites absolutely right – pub classics such as sausage and mash – and to surprise them with something unexpected, like wild boar and chorizo burgers.

The Tickled Trout oozes rural charm and rustic character, its picturesque surroundings providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing Sunday afternoon or evening out.

Owned by the Micthells & Butlers chain and operated under its Vintage Inns brand, the inn has a loyal clientele and is always looking to add something new to the family dining experience.

Pacific, who have a longstanding relationship with M&B, were contracted to replace floors, install new lighting, partitions and decor at a budget of £50,000.

The end result is a testament to Pacific’s professionalism, flexibility and desire to deliver the highest quality, whoever the client and whatever the business sector.
