CONGRATULATIONS on a good job well done were passed to Pacific by Mitchells & Butlers following the successful makeover at The Sandcastle in north-east England.
The £440,000 project saw a vibrant, fresh look being given to the Harvester-branded restaurant and bar that will allow it to continue to appeal families in Ryhope, on the outskirts of Sunderland.
Paul Dykes, Building Development Manager Acquisitions at M&B, contacted Pacific to say: “Just wish to pass on a well deserved congratulations on a job well done and slick handover at Sunderland!
“Even going so far as receiving below ‘thank you’ from our operations opening team.”
And Jacqueline Elsworth, the company’s Project Implementation Manager, added: “Thank You for a great handover. It was a lovely clean handover, with very little snagging to be picked up.
“From an operational perspective, everything was working, and I had no concerns or worries at all. It was wonderful and the least stressful handover I have done so far.”
