THE Toby Carvery in Rotherham, Yorkshire, is under way, marking hyet another chapter in Pacific’s relationship with parent company Mitchells & Butlers.
Pacific will be on-site for 12 weeks, as they are just in charge of the first phase of the new-build development.
This will involve groundworks, preparation, excavation and drainage – prior to completion of the project by a third party.
Managing Director Brian Gallacher said: “In line with all the other Toby restaurants we have completed, this will be an establishment of significant quality when it opens to the public in the summer.
“We are proud of our relationship with M&B – and this contract cements that tie-up further. We are looking forward to seeing the finished article in a few months.”
