Pacific hit 1,000 hotel room landmark
Pacific Building continue to demonstrate their hotel fit-out expertise by passing a significant landmark with the completion of 1,000 bedroom refurbishments at various locations across the country.
The portfolio of work includes business and tourist hotspots at premier locations – and all have seen Pacific draw on their defining expertise and innovative technical solutions.
Major brands Marriott and Hilton are among the company’s clients, as are specialist boutique operators such as Marine & Lawn.
Work scope has included decoration, new case goods, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), bathrooms, fire-stopping, air-conditioning installation, flooring and bespoke joinery.
Pacific’s dedicated joinery workshop has also allowed them to provide added value to hospitality clients via a single point of contact, through continuity from design to fabrication to installation and via innovation throughout the process.
The company also recognise the contribution of their supply chain partners to the success of these projects, along with the support of hotel operational teams, designers and other consultants.
