COMMERCIAL director Christopher McGuire salutes Pacific Building on its birthday and praises the employees’ camaraderie, their professionalism and the vibrant working environment they help create.
He revealed: “We treat our staff the way we treat our clients and the way we treat our sub-contractors – we look after them, they look after us.
“Also, we don’t tend to lose clients; we keep them. That’s because, once we start working somewhere, we are very, very client focused.”
Christopher also talks about the positive environment in the main office in Hillington, saying: “It’s a very rewarding place to be, and the office is a place that makes you smile. It’s an open and enjoyable place to work.”
