PACIFIC gave the McDonald’s in Inverness an extensive refurbishment to bring it into the Experience of the Future framework.
This concept gives the customer more control over their dining experience, including customisation of orders, versatile payment methods and self-order kiosks.
The two-storey restaurant closed for 22 days, to allow Pacific to:
- Strip out and replace the entire kitchen
- Tear down and replace the ceilings
- Remove redundant fixtures and fittings
- Demolish clockwork walls
- Form stud partitions
- Lay new floors
- Build a new counter
- Install new fixtures, fittings, laminates, graphics and decoration
The net result is a vibrant, bright, welcoming non-drive-thru restaurant in the centre of the city that serves customers well.
