Pacific delivered a major refurbishment of one of Scotland’s best-known golf and coastal hotels that involved the complete refurbishment of its 84 bedrooms, as well as the library and drawing room, bar and terrace as well as the main reception, corridors and front-of-house areas.
Not only did Pacific draw on their huge experience of delivering to deadline and to budget in the hospitality sector but they brought extra skills and value to the Marine Hotel and Spa project with the involvement of the company’s bespoke joinery workshop.
The project involved the stripping out of existing furnishings, finishes, joinery and other installations; refurbishment of existing doors and frames; upgrades to existing windows; installation of new floor, wall and ceiling finishes; new mechanical, electrical and plumbing and IT installations; decoration; and the installation of custom-made furniture and fittings.
