Making it look Easy at trendy London diner

BARBECUE and lobster shack Big Easy is one of Pacific’s most prestigious projects – on a prime location in London’s trendy Covent Garden.

This trendy bar/diner/music venue shouts style and attitude to its customers and others passing its entrance door.

It is one of three BE restaurants in London – the other two are in bustling Canary Wharf and the iconic King’s Road.

Inspired by the 19th century crab shacks & barbecues of the American Gulf Coast, the first Big Easy opened on the Kings Road 22 years ago, offering live music, a friendly atmosphere and hearty portions of good ol’ home-style food.

The second restaurant, in Covent Garden, opened in 2014, with an even bigger emphasis on home-smoked BBQ, chargrilling and fresh lobster.

Now the restaurant and its two siblings have become a much-loved local of choice for millions of Londoners and a fair few home-sick yanks.

Big Easy are considering opening their first restaurant in Scotland later in 2016 – in Edinburgh.

Pacific Building are no strangers to masterminding projects in London – having delivered McDonald’s European headquarters on the Edgware Road.
