Pacific have undertaken three modernisation projects for Lidl in 2022 at Montrose in Angus, Prestonpans in East Lothian and Leith, Edinburgh.
Our Montrose and Prestonpans projects both involved extensive external works and drainage, replacement of damaged render, new floor and wall tiles, new kitchen and mechanical and electrical upgrades.
In addition, the Montrose project involved reconfiguration of the bakery space to facilitate installation of a Deposit Return Scheme as well as improvements to the back of house area generally.
Our most recent project with the retailer in Leith was a larger project and involved the creation of new staff/ kitchen areas, formation of a Deposit Return area and external housing for a chiller unit.
In common with Prestonpans and Montrose, there were extensive render, roof and cladding repairs as well as upgrades to the drainage and car parking.
Internally, new wall, floor and ceiling tiles were installed along with new doors. Finally, an upgrade of the building services was delivered as part of the works.
