Home is where the art is

The expertise for which Pacific is renowned is being proudly showcased at the company’s recently opened new headquarters.

The building in Earl Haig Road, Hillington, also offers more space than the firm’s previous home – a short distance away in Paisley – as well as room for any future expansion.

Comprising offices and meeting rooms, occupying 5,000 square feet and including an adjoining workshop area extending to a further 3,000 square feet, the new premises acts as an imaginative canvas for the high quality of work and craftsmanship that goes into each of the company’s projects.

Each of the sectors in which Pacific operates – airports, commercial, hotels, leisure and retail – are recreated on a smaller scale in different areas within the main building, giving visitors and potential clients an indication of the diverse capabilities of the firm.

Needless to say, this work was conceived and constructed by members of Pacific’s own artistic team.

Managing director Brian Gallacher commented: “It’s not often in our business that you have the chance to work on your own projects, and the whole team have enjoyed the process – as well as the results.

“Our hope is that the space will highlight the complete service we provide for clients looking to create dynamic and inspiring work spaces.

“Since our inception, our commitment to exceeding customer expectations has rewarded us with both new and repeat business, and our launch was an excellent celebration of the recent success we’ve had and hopefully for the successes to come.”

Scottish Enterprise CEO Lena Wilson cut the ribbon to officially declare the offices open, in front of an audience of friends, clients, suppliers and key stakeholders.

The ceremony was followed by a light lunch and refreshments to celebrate the company’s new home and their recent achievements, which include a nomination for the Excellence in Customer Service Award at the Renfrewshire Chamber ROCCO Awards.
