IN this video, produced for the Chartered Institute of Building, Pacific Managing Director Brian Gallacher outlines his company’s commitment to excellence.
The film will be screened at the CIOB annual Scottish dinner at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel in Cambridge Street Glasgow On April 28.
In the script, he says:
