Pacific had to complete a comprehensive makeover of one of the most popular McDonald’s restaurants in the West of Scotland to a tight deadline. This was to be a “digital transformation” that included the company’s latest self-order kiosks as well as other costumer friendly features. It also had to chime with McDonald’s “Good Times” advertising campaign that highlights the role the company plays in bringing happy experiences to the public.
Knowledge was key as Pacific drew on their extensive experience of delivering McDonald’s transformations on time and on budget in a manner that results in minimal business down-time for the client company.
The project commenced at the end of January, 2018, and progressed as normal, even during one
of the worst spells of winter weather on record, which engulfed the nation at the beginning of March. Pacific were able to hand over to McDonald’s bang on time, despite the worst that Mother Nature could conjure up.
The Irvine McDonald’s is back open and serving an enthusiastic clientele who frequent Riverway Retail Park for shopping in all its forms. Breakfast, lunch and dinner now come with an extra dimension of sophistication and convenience, courtesy of the digital features.
It is one of the beacons in the park, and Pacific are proud to have contributed to its striking presence and ability to keep the Good Times rolling.
