Brora spins out a new look at airport

Luxury fashion brand Brora, who produce timeless pieces from high-quality fabrics and yarns, have chosen Edinburgh as the location of their first airport store.

Pacific delivered the visually striking airside outlet in just four weeks and it complements the company’s existing store in the capital’s Frederick Street.

The firm was founded in March 1993 by Victoria Stapleton after her family became involved with Hunters of Brora, a 100-year-old tweed mill in Sutherland.

The brand has numerous stores in the UK and one on Madison Avenue in New York City.

The outlet at Edinburgh Airport offers the best of Brora’s Scottish knitwear and accessories, with cashmere designs for women, men, children and babies.

Features include parquet flooring, aged timber shelving and tables, warm lighting, brass fittings and other tactile materials.

The company were quick to praise Pacific’s professionalism, with a spokesperson saying: “Thank you for making our store a truly special place to shop.

“Huge thank you to Pacific for their incredible work making our store a warm and welcome place to shop – such a transformation.”
