The Bridge & Castle bar and restaurant occupies a strategic location within Edinburgh International Airport between check-in and security.
Pacific were appointed to refurbish the restaurant for repeat client SSP Group – one of the world’s leading providers of food and beverage outlets at transport locations – with design delivered by CDA.
The five-week project involved an extensive refurbishment of the restaurant including new bar and gantry, new and refinished banquette seating, refinished ceiling rafts, new partitions and ceilings, new floor finishes as well as refinished timber flooring.
Pacific’s workshop provided the new bar and storage space for the restaurant. The Bridge & Castle project was completed on a night-shift basis, primarily due to the location relative to the boarding/security areas of the airport.
