WHEN it comes to good taste in airport dining, it doesn’t get much better than the all-new Bocco restaurant at Aberdeen.
A derivative of the word “Bocca”, meaning “mouth” in Italian, this diner will satisfy the most discerning of travellers.
Boasting high-end fixtures and fittings – many of them bespoke and prefabricated in Pacific Building’s workshop – Bocco Kitchen & Bar speaks of life’s simple pleasures served in a sophisticated space.
Situated airside, the restaurant specialises in pastas, sourdough pizzas and cocktails.
This was a two-phase project that took nine weeks to complete and it saw Pacific draw on their unmatched ability to operate in security-sensitive and busy public spaces with a minimal disruption to passenger movements or to neighbouring trade.
Bocco opened in the last week of August, 2019, and will serve customers every day of the week from 4am until late (the last departing flight time).
