Barburrito, Edinburgh International Airport

MEXCIAN diner Barburrito has landed at Edinburgh International Airport – and Pacific Building made sure the new outlet is hot stuff.

In just eight weeks, we created this vibrant, eye-catching new outlet beyond security in a prime-site unit that used to house a pub.

It will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to thousands of peckish passengers in the months and years ahead.

And it will satisfy the appetite travellers in the United Kingdom now have for a more varied and exciting dining and snacking experience at  airports.

The project also marked the first contract between Pacific and The Restaurant Group, with whom Barburrito have partnered together to roll out the branded Mexican diners at airports across the UK.

The Edinburgh Barburrito features:

  • Bench seating
  • Booths
  • Lighting rafts in the ceiling
  • Mood lighting
  • Vibrant wall coverings
  • High-quality fittings
  • Brightly lit signage
  • Brushed steel counters
  • Branded display cabinets
  • Fridges
  • Menu screens
  • Drinks dispensers
  • Feature “street scene” wall

Barburrito was founded in 2005 in Manchester and since the opening of the company’s first outlet, it has seen rapid expansion in northerly and southerly directions.
