Pacific are pleased to have started work on their latest luxury hotel project in the heart of Edinburgh.
Working with new clients Apex Hotels and their professional team including quantity surveyors Cromarbrooks and architects ISA, we are delivering a comprehensive upgrade to the four-star Waterloo Place hotel’s public areas.
The hotel is located within a fine Georgian building a stone’s throw from Edinburgh’s Waverley Station and handily placed for many of the city’s attractions.
The project will specifically involve refurbishment and reconfiguration of the hotel reception, bar and restaurants on a phased basis, with the hotel remaining operational throughout.
The scope of works will include floor coverings, crittall screens, building services, decoration, tiling and partitions as well as bespoke joinery items including bars, waiter stations, coffee servery and wall panels.
In addition, existing items including the reception desk will be extensively refurbished.
