Pacific have just handed over six new student apartments for the Aparto complex in Glasgow’s Yorkhill.
Working with client Hines and cladding specialists Osprey Contracts, Pacific converted three communal areas to new student flats.
The scope of works included a strip-out of the communal areas, joinery, new flooring, decoration, services upgrade and installation of new furniture, fixtures and equipment.
The works were completed within an operational student residence working alongside Osprey who are currently undertaking major cladding works at the property.
Aparto is perfect for students looking to study at various universities, including the University of Glasgow, University of Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian University.
