A second All Bar One bar and restaurant has landed at Edinburgh International Airport – courtesy of Pacific Building.
It is situated airside at the east end of the terminal – away from its sister branch at the west end, which was also delivered by Pacific and was the first All Bar One at an airport in Scotland and only the third in the United Kingdom.
The new All Bar One 2 has just been handed over to the clients at bar and restaurant group Mitchells & Butlers and it is now open and trading to hungry and thirsty travellers from 4am to 9pm, seven days a week.
The project was started just prior to the COVID shutdown in 2020, and the final elements of the project were restarted in October 2022, with the grand opening taking place on December 27.
The fit-out featured top-end fixtures and fittings and incorporated an all-new restaurant, kitchen and back-of-house elements.
The scope of works included new floors, ceilings, partitions and building services – and yet again Pacific’s. workshop team fabricated and installed a new bar, gantry, screens and waiter stations.
The All Bar One chain of stylish bar/restaurants have a metropolitan feel and boast more than 50 outlets across the United Kingdom.
