At Pacific Building, we believe that a good product is delivered by a consistent, trained and motivated workforce, which is why we are confident that our experienced construction and fit-out team are well placed to provide an excellent service for our clients.

We begin by ensuring that we recruit the right people who are committed to demonstrating the core values of our company – respect, fairness, collaboration, quality and a “right first time” approach to everything we do.

Comprehensive training is provided for all of our staff, identifying areas for improvement through gap analysis, and we are currently working towards Investors in People accreditation.

Pacific also hold Gold Membership of the 5% Club, which recognises company’s commitment to training and professional development. Our team includes trainees sourced from Government-supported schemes for young people, Modern Apprenticeships and Degree Placements.
