How do you work with your clients?
We work closely with our clients from the beginning of every project to devise innovative solutions for delivery, including 24-7 shift patterns and phased working where required, in addition to our ability to fast track projects.
By managing each project effectively, and communicating with our clients throughout, we ensure that we deliver within agreed timescales, and to your exact specifications.
Do you operate a Quality Management system?
At Pacific Building, all of our documentation and procedures are ISO 9000:2008 Quality Management certified. We closely monitor our Quality Management processes for effectiveness, and facilitate continuous improvement to ensure that we are always delivering to the highest standards for our clients. What Health & Safety procedures do you follow?
The Health and Safety of our team is paramount. We are BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Health and Safety certified and endeavour to minimise, or eliminate where possible, risk to our employees.
We have an appointed Health and Safety Advisor, who ensures at all times that all of our projects are carried out with the most stringent levels of health and safety in mind.
Our sites are regularly and randomly audited and any issues arising from the inspection are dealt with and discussed openly at our safety committee meetings.
