At Pacific Building, we believe that a good product is delivered by a consistent, trained and motivated workforce, which is why we are confident that our team are well placed to provide an excellent service for our clients.

We begin by ensuring that we recruit the right people who are committed to demonstrating the core values of our company – respect, fairness, collaboration, quality and a "right first time" approach to everything we do.

Comprehensive training is provided for all of our staff, identifying areas for improvement through gap analysis, and we are currently working towards Investors in People accreditation.

A number of training initiatives also enjoy our support. They include Barnado’s Works Renfrewshire, formerly Barnardo’s Youthbuild Paisley, which helps disadvantaged young people to secure independent, sustainable employment in construction and related trades.
